The two-piece pluggable terminal block
uses the concept of a body that clamps the wire,
and then plugs into the socket or strip that is
soldered to the PCB. The body clamping design
uses an elevator-style or rising bottom base mechanism,
this vibration proof design provides excellent
contact quality and resistance to vibration ensuring
that connections are secure and reliable for the
life of the final product. Sockets are available
with and without sidewalls; the sidewall provides
a greater degree of security by shrouding the
contact pins and preventing misalignment of the
contacts while the basic body/socket design makes
sure that the body can only be inserted correctly.
Sockets are also available with mounting or locking
flanges. Mounting flanges provide additional security
to the PCB, while locking flanges interlock the
body and socket after installation. A variety
of socket designs allow various body insertions
such as:parellel, perpendicular or oblique to
the printed circuit board, with flexibility to
meet the needs of the designer. A choice of metric
and standard lead spacing is available.

The barrier terminal blocks offer a safe, efficient
and reliable wiring connection. This series provides
many styles of lead spacings plus mold designs
to meet stringent demands of new or existing designs.
The insulating material for the housing is UL94,
V-0 and self-extinguishing polyamide or polycarbonate.
Metal used in this series products are high quality
bronze and brass, steel, plated Zn or Zinc or NI
plated steel.

The Euro terminal block series offers versions
available from 2 to 24 positions. The stackable
or side interlocking modular system is based on
2 and 3 position dovetailed blocks, which can
be assembled as required into multi-positioned
combinations without jeopardizing lead space.The
insulating material for the housings are polyamide
6.6, self-extinguishing, UL94, V-0 material, all
metal parts used in this series products are high
quality bronze, brass, steel, plated Zn or Zinc or
NI plated steel.

The spring terminal block clamp technology for
wire connectors are used world wide in industrial,
electro-mechanical and electronic engineering:
preferred by designers in applications such as:
lighting ballasts, elevator controls, instrumentation,
power supplies, chemical and automobile harnesses.
The metal parts used in the spring terminal block
series is designed using spring clamp technology,
and insulating material for the housing is high
quality polyamide 6.6. All clamping springs are
produced from high quality carefully selected
chrome nickel spring steel(CrNi) with high tensile
strength, which has proven its resistance to corrosion
in many years of practical use.

The Din-Rail series terminal blocks which employ
reliable screw connection technology, are widely
used in the fields of electric power, communication,
electrical control and power supply. This series
uses bracket and unique self-locking screws to
make connections reliable and safe. Their appearance
can be used with many accessories, such as short
circuit plates, strips, and end covers, and can
offer a connection of 2 to 4 poles to meet customers'
different connection needs. The insulating material
for the housings of these terminal blocks is PA66,
having excellent electrical and mechanical properties.
All metal parts used are high-quality brass, Ph
copper and steel with tin, nickel and zinc plated
respectively.

The Rail Optocoupler terminal blocks use the
existing Din-Rail connection technology and have
an added feature by the inclusion of components
to ensure the combination of both optical and
electrical transmission. These terminal blocks
are perfect where signal isolation is required.
They can also be used for equipment and process
control, in different ranges of voltage and power.
These terminal blocks have many advantages such
as low signal wattage, no mechanical vibration,
no abrasion switching, and high insulation voltage.
They are also widely used in the field of automobile
control.
